Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of moving crews to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate logistics for moving jobs, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for moving operations, optimizing costs without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote services and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role within the moving or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
- Knowledge of moving industry best practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in scheduling software and basic financial management.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
